    Hi @Danyelle Dell'Olio,

    If you do not directly tell your marketing list to push to your CRM(by syncing the list), that contact would only live in Act-On. ​
    I would suggest that you sync the list with your CRM to add that contact to your CRM, so that you are not using Act-On as your database of record.

    If I go ahead and add a marketing list and an email address of someone who is not currently in Act-On to an already sent message, and send it again...Does this add that one contact into Act-On, and then in turn add that contact to our CRM?  Or does that added contact just stay in Act-On?
