Automated Program - Reports

Hi all!

Do any of you have suggestions on how to make reports on the successes/failures of an automated report? Have any of you made a sample report before?

    Hey Corie,

    If you go into the program's dashboard and click on the actions tab, you can download a report summary or a rollup report. You'll have to format the data because it gives you an excel spreadsheet, but you can generate a pivot table from that. That's what I do at least.

    The message summary report is really enough data to give you a good overall feeling for how a program is doing.

    Hope that helped some. I'm still learning a lot right now regarding Act-on.
