I'm trying to use Data Studio and my goal is to gather all the people who have not opened (No Open) our community newsletter in the past 12 months. We would use this information to send out a special message indicating that they will be unsubscribed from our newsletter unless they resubscribe.
I noticed that there are options for Opens and Clicks, but nothing for No Opens. 'Sent' would be the closest one, but it's not good enough. I've found another way to find the recipients who meet our goal, but I want to use Data Studio for a more efficient route.
Does anyone know if this is possible to do? If not, have you found other ways in Act-On that could be helpful to use?
