How can I reset my FTP Password?

  1. Log in to Act-On as Administrator
  2. Go to Settings > Connectors
  3. Choose Data Sources > FTP
  4. Click the Disconnect button

  5. Click on +Connect

  6. Enter a new password, then click Set Password

    • We recommend saving your password securely.
  7. Next, update the user password in your FTP client
  8. Test your connection by connecting with the Act-On server
