How can I reset my FTP Password?
- Log in to Act-On as Administrator
- Go to Settings > Connectors
- Choose Data Sources > FTP
- Click the Disconnect button
- Click on +Connect
- Enter a new password, then click Set Password
- We recommend saving your password securely.
- Next, update the user password in your FTP client
- Test your connection by connecting with the Act-On server
