Connecting Act-On to Webex

Act-On Webex integration supports Webex Events (Classic) and Webex Webinars. To connect your Webex account to Act-On, follow the steps below. 

Each Act-On marketing user needs to connect their own Webex account to enable webinar functionality.

Webex Events (Classic)

  1. Go to Settings > Connectors.

  2. Select Webinar > Webex:

  3. Click the Connect button for Webex Events (Classic):

  4. Fill in your Webex URL and your login credentials (username & password).

  5. Click Login to initiate the connection to Webex:

Webex Webinars

  1. Go to Settings > Connectors.

  2. Select Webinar > Webex:

  3. Click the Connect button for Webex Webinars (New):

  4. Fill in your email address and password to sign in:

  5. Your account will be connected to Webex Webinars.

Once that the connector is enabled, you can create and manage your Webex Events (Classic) and Webex Webinars from within your Act-On account.
