Providing Infor CRM Sales Users Access to Act-On

Disclaimer: Act-On only supports customers who've already activated the Infor CRM connector. The information here is for existing accounts, and Infor CRM is no longer an available integration for accounts that don't already have the Infor CRM connector activated.

In addition to marketing users, your sales representatives can have access to the Act-On platform as well.

Sales users can view website prospects, create website prospector alerts, and view the dashboard to gain a good perspective of your marketing activities.

Follow the steps below to provide sales users access to Act-On:

  1. Click on Settings, and choose Users.
  2. Click Sales Users > Add User.
  3. Enter the email address, first name, and last name.
  4. Click Add.

Act-On will send a verification email to the sales user, and they'll be asked to click on the verification link. They will also receive information about logging in to the sales user profile in Act-On.
