The Subscription Management feature is designed to allow your contacts to opt-in or opt-out of specific categories of mail.
If you haven't set up Subscription Management, see this article first: How to Set Up Subscription Management.
Once you have enough Contacts who have subscribed to your categories, you can begin sending messages to your contacts by category.
- In the Message Composer, select a Marketing List
- You can choose the Subscription Management list or a different list
- Go to the right column and choose a Subscription Category from the drop-down
The message will send to all contacts in the marketing list that have subscribed to the category of choice. Contacts who were not subscribed to the category of the message will reflect in the report as Suppressed.
