Use the Image content block to place images directly into your email or landing page design. Images can reinforce your brand, highlight key content, or add visual interest to your layout.

  • Insert: Drag the Image block into a Row.
  • Add image from: Upload, URL, library, or dynamic image source.
  • Key settings: Auto width, alignment, editing effects, alt text, action link.
  • Visibility: Optional hide on mobile/desktop.
  • Landing Pages: Supports internal-scroll linking.
Try it like this: Add an image to your hero section, set it to Auto width, then apply Alt Text and a click-through action to support accessibility and engagement.

Adding an Image to Your Design

  1. Drag and drop an Image content block from the Content tab into your layout.
  2. Add an image by dragging a file from your desktop or clicking Browse to open the image library, where you can:

Image Settings & Features

Clicking on an image opens the Content Properties panel with options to configure size, alignment, effects, accessibility, and link actions.

  • Auto width: Enabled when the image is larger than the content area. Toggle OFF to manually resize.

  • Align: Adjust horizontal alignment of the image inside its block.
  • Apply effects: Open the built-in editor to crop, resize, transform, add filters, draw, overlay shapes, add text, or apply frames and corners.
  • Change image: Replace the current image using the library.
  • Alt Text: Add descriptive text for accessibility and for recipients whose email clients block images. This is essential for screen readers and improves deliverability.
  • Action: Choose what happens when the image is clicked:
    • Open web page: Open a URL, link a file, or choose an Act-On asset.
    • Send email: Launch a pre-filled email.
    • Make call: Useful for mobile-friendly designs.
    • Internal link (Landing Pages only): Link to another part of the same page using a block identifier (via Scroll to). Learn more
  • Block options: Configure padding and choose whether to hide on mobile or desktop. Landing Pages also support adding a block identifier.
