Icons & Social Content Blocks

  • Updated

The Icons content block lets you combine small images with text for clear, visually engaging elements in your design. Icons can highlight key features, replace traditional bullet points, or add emphasis in a more stylized way.

The Social content block provides ready-made icons that link directly to your social media channels.

Quick Reference (Advanced Users) – Click to Expand
  • Add: Drag Icons or Social block from the Content tab.
  • Customize: Add icons → reorder → replace image → adjust spacing & size.
  • Social sets: Choose an icon collection for consistent styling.
  • Link types: URL, Email, Tel, Asset links, or Internal Scroll links (Landing Pages).
  • Formatting: Alignment, icon size, padding, text options (Icons only).
Try it like this: Use the Icons block to create a feature list - one icon per feature - with label text positioned beside each icon.

How to Use Icons & Social Blocks

  1. In the Content tab, drag an Icons or Social content block into the desired row.
  2. Click the placeholder icon to open customization options in the sidebar.
  3. Add and edit icons:
    • Social block: Choose a Select icon collection style (e.g., solid, outline).
    • Click + Add new icon to insert more icons.
    • For the Icons block, click Change image to replace the icon (not available for Social icons).
    • Click Delete to remove an icon.
    • Reorder: Drag and drop icons into the order you prefer.

  1. Apply formatting options as explained below.

Icon Formatting

For each icon, click More options to adjust:

  • Alt text: Text shown if the icon cannot load.
  • Icon text (Icons block only): Add a label and choose its Text position (above, below, left, right). Text formatting options are available in the sidebar.
  • Link type: Select what happens when the icon is clicked. Link behavior matches the options described here.

Additional sidebar formatting options let you configure:

  • Alignment
  • Icon spacing
  • Icon size & padding (Icons block only)
  • Icon text formatting: Font family, weight, size, text color, letter spacing

Block options are available to set padding and hide on mobile or desktop. For Landing Pages, you can also assign a block identifier for internal links. Learn more

Example: Send Email Option

You can use an Icon block to create a “send email” action — ideal for signups, registrations, or responses — with more flexibility than the Social block.

  1. Add an Icons block to your design.
  2. In the sidebar, click + Add new icon and toggle More options.
  3. In Link type, choose Send email.
  4. Enter the email address, subject, body, and title for the email. For example:

  1. Set the icon image, label text, alt text, and any remaining formatting options.
