  • Hi, I'm trying to embed a form in a wordpress post but it only shows up if I'm logged in. If I'm not, the form doesn't show, even though the code is there. Any solutions or reasons why this is happening?

Hi Javier! To answer this one we would need to see some more details on exactly where the code is placed on the page. If you send over some screenshots and more details to our support team they can definitely help you out.

I'm setting up a new website and trying to embed an Act-on form. I followed your instructions, but get an error that says "Unable to load form. Your form is not configured to work with this domain." My website is not live yet, but is available on the Internet. I've added that specific URL, the URL to the page that I'm adding the form to, along with my current live site URL. What else do I need to do?

Hi Sue! You definitely want to add the domain of your website in the External Pages section (and subdomain if there is one), but you should not add the full URL path to the specific page – that can cause errors in our system. The other thing I'd recommend checking is that you're using HTTPS in the URL if your site has an SSL certificate. Let me know if it's still not working after you've tried that!
