Create unique links in your emails for your recipients that use Personalization Fields. Common use cases for personalized URLs include:
- Sending a customer a package tracker
- Sharing a link to a digital gift card
- Linking to an account owner's profile

A redirect link for broken personalized URLs
- Go to Settings > Other Settings > Custom Account Settings > Account Redirects. Under Broken Personalized Link Redirect, enter the link you'd like to use for redirecting contacts that encounter a broken personalized URL, then click Save.

Method 1: Add to Text Link
- Open the email or email template you want, or create a new one.
- In the Send Details tab, add your recipient lists or segments with URL values.
- In the Design tab, highlight the text you want to personalize and click the Insert/Edit Link button.
- In the popup, enter your URL field name using double brackets:
{{YourURLField}}
Method 2: Add to Button
- Open the email or email template you want, or create a new one.
- In the Send Details tab, add your recipient lists or segments with URL values.
- In the Design tab, drag in a Button content block.
- In the Button URL field, enter your personalization field using double brackets:
{{YourURLField}}
Personalizations must match the field name in your list exactly. Check capitalization and spacing.
