Find and Understand Segments

  • Updated

Whether you're managing dozens or hundreds of segments, Audience Center gives you fast ways to find what you need and the tools to understand each segment’s structure, performance, and usage.

Quick Reference (Advanced Users) - Click to Expand
  • Search segments by name using the top-right bar
  • Filter by Favorites, Recently Created, or Created By Me
  • Hover over a segment to view its type, filters, and logic
  • Click to view contacts, performance metrics, and usage activity
  • Drag segments to reorder or organize with folders and tags
Try it like this: Search for your Engaged Web Leads segment, favorite it, drag it to the top, and check the Performance panel to see how many contacts are eligible and active.

Search and Filter Segments

Use the search bar in the upper right to locate segments by name. If a folder is open, the search will default to that folder so remember to uncheck the folder to expand the search to all segments.

Filters on the Left Panel

  • Favorites – Only shows segments you've favorited
  • Recently Created – Created within the last 30 days
  • Created By Me – Segments you originally created
  • All Segments – Displays the full list, regardless of folder
