Use this guide to set up the SugarCRM integration in the correct order so Act-On can sync CRM records, map fields, and optionally show Act-On activity inside SugarCRM for Sales users.
Version requirement: This integration is for SugarCRM v7.10 or later (API v11+). If you are unsure which version you are on, check with your SugarCRM administrator.

Step 1: Connect SugarCRM to Act-On
Start by setting up the connector so Act-On can authenticate to SugarCRM and read the CRM entities you want to market to.

Next, choose where SugarCRM records should land in Act-On. Your choice depends on whether your account uses Audience Center (All Contacts) or the legacy Marketing List model.
