New Account Level Setting for Time Zone

What's Changing

Act-On has a new account setting for the time zone. To access, go to Settings > Other Settings > Custom Account Settings > Company tab:

Previously, the account time zone was inferred from the admin user profile time zone setting. This could result in confusion if an account had multiple admin users.

The time zone is used for reporting and scheduling purposes.   


This feature was released in February 2024.

Customer Impact

Customers do not need to take any action. The account time zone will be automatically populated with the current setting.
