Act-On Contacts: Create Subsegment Now Defaults to Parent Segment's Folder

What's Changing

We're listening to your feedback! Many Act-On Contacts users have shared feedback that led to this change. Now, if you create a subsegment, its default location will be in the same folder or subfolder that its parent segment is in.

For example, since the "Dallas Area" segment is in the folder Dallas, when I created the "Irving Area" subsegment it also was added in the Dallas folder.

You can still move a subsegment to a different folder if you want by dragging it to the folder or using the "Change Folder" command.
