- Open your email and go to the Review tab.
- Toggle through the HTML, Text, and Mobile views.
- Resize the browser window to test responsive behaviour in HTML preview.
- Check the plain text version for readability and opt-out compliance.
- Use the mobile view (320px × 568px) to confirm content is readable on small screens.
- Use a tool such as Litmus for device-specific previews.

Instructions
- Open your email and navigate to the Review tab of the composer.
- Toggle through the HTML, Text, and Mobile tabs at the bottom of the preview panel and confirm that your message appears correctly.
- HTML: Preview how your message may appear in the browser. This view is responsive - resizing your browser window will adjust the preview based on your message design. (Learn more about responsive design in Act-On.) Note that this is only a preview, and display may vary in different environments (such as Outlook).
- Text: Preview the text-only version of your message. To learn more or make text-specific edits, see Generate a Plain Text Version of an Email Message.
