Add Personalized URLs to Emails - Legacy Composer

  • Updated

Create unique links in your legacy emails that use Personalization Fields. Common use cases for personalized URLs include:

  • Sending a customer a package tracker
  • Sharing a link to a digital gift card
  • Linking to an account owner's profile
Tip! For more complex use cases or if using many personalized links, consider using Dynamic Content.

Essentials To Get Started

  • A marketing list or segment with a field that contains URL values
  • A redirect link for broken personalized URLs
    • Go to Settings > Other Settings > Custom Account Settings > Account Redirects. Set the Broken Personalized Link Redirect to a fallback page.
