Act-On Email Data

Measures

  • Bounce Rate
    Count of hard and soft bounces divided by total sent.
  • Click Rate (Unique)
    Number of unique clicks divided by total delivered.
  • Click Record Count
    Count of clicks (per link).
  • Click to Open Rate (Unique)
    Number of unique recipient clicks divided by unique recipient opens.
  • Clicked (Unique)
    Unique recipients who clicked on the message. Uniqueness counted daily.
  • Delivered
    Count of messages delivered.
  • Delivered Rate
    Number of delivered messages divided by total messages sent.
  • Hard Bounces
    Count of hard bounce responses.
  • Open Rate (Unique)
    Unique opens divided by count of delivered.
  • Opened (Unique)
    Unique recipients who opened the message. Uniques are calculated daily.
  • Opt-Out Rate
    Count of opt-outs divided by total delivered.
  • Opt-Outs
    Count of recipients who opted out.
  • Sent
    Count of messages sent.
  • Soft bounces
    Count of recipients' soft bounces.
  • Spam Report Rate
    Count of spam reports divided by total delivered.
  • Spam Reports
    Number of recipients who reported as spam (may be incomplete as not all providers share this data).
  • Total clicked
    Total number of clicks on the message (not unique).
  • Total opened
    Count of all opens, including duplicates per recipient.
  • Undeliverable Record count
    Records that were suppressed or failed to send.

Attributes

  • Account Id
    Act-On account ID.
  • Campaign name
    Marketing campaign this email is associated with.
  • Clicked Link name
    Name of the link clicked.
  • Clicked Redirect URL
    URL the link points to.
  • Creator name
    The Act-On user who created this message.
  • Creator type
    Act-On User type (Marketing, Admin, or Sales) of the message creator.
  • Message Id
    The message ID is a unique internal identifier.
  • Message title
    Email message title.
  • Sender
    Sender (From email) for this message.
  • Subject
    Subject line for the message.
  • Subscription category
    Subscription category for the message.
  • Template title
    Title of the template used to create this message.
  • Trigger
    What triggered this message? A Form, program, transaction.
  • Trigger Name
    The specific asset (program, Form, etc.) that triggered this message.
  • Undeliverable reason
    The reason why the message was suppressed or not delivered.
  • Unsent type
    Suppressions, Hard Bounces, or Failures.

Dates

  • Click date
    The date the link was clicked.
  • Send date
    The date the message was sent. Can be multiple dates. Opens, clicks, etc. are tied back to the individual send date.

Act-On Forms Data

Measures

  • First Submission Count
    Count of 1st-ever Form submissions for a contact.
  • Form Conversion Rate
    Submits divided by Views.
  • New Submission Count
    Count of 1st-time submissions per contact for this Form.
  • Submission Count
    Total submissions.
  • Update submission Count
    Count of additional submissions (not the contact's first).
  • View Count
    Count of all views.

Attributes

  • Accountid
    Act-On account ID.
  • Attribution Referring Domain
    Domain that referred the visitor to the Form.
  • Attribution Source Id
    Attribution source details.
  • Campaign Name
    The marketing campaign name associated with this Form.
  • Channel
    Source channel, such as Organic, Paid, Direct, Referral.
  • Form Created By
    The user who created the Form.
  • Form Description
    The Form's Description in Act-On.
  • Form ID
    Act-On Form ID
  • Form Last Edited By
    The user who last edited the Form
  • Form Name
    Name / Title of the Form.
  • Referrer
    Domain that referred visitors to the Form.
  • Source Tag
    Source tag references the Form post URL for this submission.
  • Tag
    Tags can be used in Act-On to organize content by industry, campaign, product, etc.

Dates

  • Activity date
    Date of the Form view or submission.
  • Form Created Date
    Original creation date.
  • Form Last Edited Date
    When the Form was last edited.

Act-On Landing Pages

Measures

  • Click Rate
    Total clicks divided by Total views.
  • Form submits
    Form submissions that occurred on this Landing Page.
  • Known clicks (Total)
    Clicks by known visitors (email in Act-On).
  • Known clicks (unique)
    Unique clicks by known visitors (email in Act-On). Uniqueness is calculated daily.
  • Known views
    Viewers who were identifiable (has email in system).
  • Link known clicks
    Known visitors (email in Act-On) clicking on a particular link.
  • Link total clicks
    Total clicks for a particular link.
  • Submission Rate
    Submissions divided by views.
  • Total clicks
    The sum of all clicks on the Landing Page.
  • Total clicks (unique)
    Total unique clicks (unique email or cookie ID). Uniqueness is calculated daily.
  • Unique Known views
    Known (has email in system) unique viewers. Uniques are calculated daily.
  • Unique Views
    Unique views, known and unknown (by cookie ID). Uniques are calculated daily.
  • Unknown clicks (unique)
    Clicks by unknown visitors. Uniqueness by cookie ID is calculated daily.
  • Unknown Views
    Viewers who were not identifiable.
  • Views
    Total Landing Page views/visits.

Attributes

  • Account Id
    Act-On account ID.
  • Attribution referring domain
    Domain that referred the viewer to the Landing Page.
  • Attribution source
    Details of attribution.
  • Campaign name
    The Act-On campaign this Landing Page is associated with.
  • Channel
    Source channel, such as Organic, Paid, Direct, Referral.
  • Creator name
    Creator of the Landing Page.
  • Link name
    The link that was clicked on.
  • Link Redirect URL
    The URL the link goes to.
  • Page Id
    Page ID is an internal identifier of the Landing Page and can be used to join data if the Landing Page name changes.
  • Page last Edited By
    The Act-On user who last edited the Landing Page.
  • Page name
    Name of the Landing Page.
  • Referrer
    Domain that referred the visitor to the Landing Page.
  • Tag
    Tags are used to organize Landing Pages.

Dates

  • Activity Date
    The date that the Landing Page view or click occurred.

Act-On Media Content

Measures

  • Record Count
    The count of media asset downloads or clicks.

Attributes

  • Account Id
    Act-On account ID.
  • Campaign Name
    Campaign associated with this media asset.
  • Media Action
    Can be 'Download' or 'Clicked'.
  • Media Name
    The name of the media asset or link.
  • Media Type
    The media file type such as pdf, xls.
  • Message Title
    The title of the media asset or link.

Dates

  • Activity Date
    The date of the media asset download or click.
