We're building a new Audience Segmentation UX! 

We've got plans for some exciting capabilities including:

    • One-to-many behavior/opportunity data
    • & much more!
  • Intuitive drag-&-drop UX for building segment logic
  • Faster update times & better performance

When

Phase 1 Beta now in progress

  • New "engine" powering segmentation for improved performance & speed (no UI changes)
  • Limited eligibility - support for Custom Touch Points, SMS, Predictive Score, templates and subsegments off Form Submission & webinar lists is not yet available.
  • Improved segmentation of 1-to-many objects, such as CRM Opportunities.

New UI beta - starts end of July with features being added subsequently.

  • New, more intuitive, & powerful segmentation builder user experience
  • New segmentation factors & new criteria
  • Use groups for custom boolean logic
  • Support for segmenting on Custom Data objects

Customer Impact

  • The new segmentation features will be available in Audience Center for the All Contacts database. (Learn more). Marketing list segmentation remains unchanged.
  • The initial beta will be by invitation only with a limited number of segmentation factors.
  • More segmentation factors will be released throughout the remainder of 2025.
