Act-On's rebuilt outbound email experience is now open to all customers. It brings your email messages together in one place, with cleaner engagement numbers you can trust for decision-making. Any account can opt in today, and opt back out at any time.
What's Changing
- Emails organized the way you actually work. Drafts, scheduled, awaiting approval, failed, and sent messages share a single set of organizing tools. Folders, tags, and favorites work consistently across all three, so you can group related emails, find a specific message in seconds, and save or share links to the views you check every week.
- Cleaner engagement numbers. A new True Open filter, configured at the account level, lets you remove activity from link scanners, security previews, and privacy systems so opens and clicks better reflect what real recipients are doing.
- One page per email. Email Detail shows a single message the same way regardless of its status, so you're not relearning the layout as an email moves from draft to sent.
Opting in is done at the account level by an admin, and applies to everyone on the account.

If it's not the right fit yet, an admin can turn it off at any time to revert to the previous experience. Legacy reports for standard messages remain available via direct link throughout the beta.
