What's Changing
Dynamic Business Analytics subscribers can now build and refine Liveboards by simply describing what they want to see. Liveboard Agent is an AI assistant built into the Liveboard editor. Type a request in plain language, such as "Show my top email campaigns by click rate," and the agent adds the right charts and KPIs for you.
No need to know which data fields to pick or which chart type to use. Start from a blank Liveboard or ask the agent to add to one you already have.
Key features
- Build a Liveboard from a prompt. Open a new Liveboard, describe your goal, and the agent creates a starting set of visualizations.
- Modify an existing Liveboard. Ask for new KPIs or charts to appear alongside your current content, or copy an Act-On provided Liveboard and ask for modifications to tailor it to your needs.
- Refine as you go. Keep the conversation going to adjust, add or replace visualizations until the Liveboard tells the story you need.
- Works alongside manual editing. You can still add Answers, pin them and adjust Styling yourself at any time.

How to Use Liveboard Agent
- Go to Analytics and create a new Liveboard or open an existing one for editing.
- In the editor toolbar, click Liveboard Agent.
- Type the metrics you want to see, or choose a suggested prompt.
- Review the visualizations the agent adds, then keep refining with follow-up requests.
- Ask it to add Liveboard filters, such as Campaign and Date, so viewers can narrow results without changing the visualizations.
- Click Save when your Liveboard is ready.
Tip: Keep prompts focused on the metrics you care about, for example "Unique click rate by campaign." Leave campaign and time frame to the Liveboard filters, so one Liveboard works for any campaign or date range. As with any AI tool, review the results before sharing them.
When
Liveboard Agent is available now to all Dynamic Business Analytics subscribers.
Customer Impact
Dynamic Business Analytics users will see a new Liveboard Agent option in the Liveboard editor toolbar. Existing Liveboards are not changed, and nothing is added unless you ask the agent to add it. Customers without Dynamic Business Analytics can contact their Customer Success Manager to learn more.
