What's Changing

We're building a new Audience Segmentation UX! 

We've got plans for some exciting capabilities including:

    • Flexible behavior date ranges
    • Custom data
    • One-to-many behavior/opportunity data
    • & much more!
  • Intuitive drag-&-drop UX for building segment logic
  • Faster update times & better performance

When

Phase 1 Beta begins Feb 5

  • New "engine" powering segmentation for improved performance & speed (no UI changes)

Phase 2 Beta begins in early April

  • New, more intuitive, & powerful segmentation builder user experience
  • New segmentation factors & new criteria

Customer Impact

  • The new segmentation features will be available in Audience Center for the All Contacts database. (Learn more). Marketing list segmentation remains unchanged.
  • The initial beta will be by invitation only with a limited number of segmentation factors.
  • More segmentation factors will be released throughout February & March & more beta invitations will be issued.
