When
Phase 1 Beta now in progress
- New "engine" powering segmentation for improved performance & speed (no UI changes)
- Limited eligibility - support for Custom Touch Points, SMS, Predictive Score, templates and subsegments off Form Submission & webinar lists is not yet available.
- Improved segmentation of 1-to-many objects, such as CRM Opportunities.
New UI beta - starts end of July with features being added subsequently.
- New, more intuitive, & powerful segmentation builder user experience
- New segmentation factors & new criteria
- Use groups for custom boolean logic
- Support for segmenting on Custom Data objects
Customer Impact
- The new segmentation features will be available in Audience Center for the All Contacts database. (Learn more). Marketing list segmentation remains unchanged.
- The initial beta will be by invitation only with a limited number of segmentation factors.
- More segmentation factors will be released throughout the remainder of 2025.
