Overview: You can now analyze email performance with contact-level attributes from Audience Center (e.g., industry, job title, lead score, region) so you can see who is engaging and drill down to individual contacts.
What’s Changing
- Filter and drill by standard Audience Center contact fields (e.g., industry, job title, lead score, lead source, company, state/region/segment).
- New tabs in the Email Performance liveboard: Contact Analysis and Contact Report for contact-level metrics.
- New Contact Analysis liveboard and data model to explore breakdowns by score, industry, geography, title, and more.
- Customize liveboards and create answers using contact data.
- Ask questions about your data and return contact-level results (natural-language Q&A), where available.
Customer Impact
At launch, contact data is available for Email Performance. Support for Forms, Landing Pages, and Media Downloads is planned.
If a custom field shares a name with a standard field, it will be reclassified as a standard field automatically so it’s available in Analytics. This does not change the data, CRM sync settings, or how you use the field in forms, segments, or programs. Standard fields appear in the top section of Settings > Data Management.
