You can include a link to an Act-On Classic Form in your email as a call to action. You can add these links using a Webinar Form Link block or a Rich Text block, and you may also enable pre-filled fields for known visitors.
Quick Reference (Advanced Users) - Click to Expand
- Use a Webinar Form Link block to add a button-style link to a Classic Form.
- Use a Rich Text block to turn any text or image into a Classic Form link.
- Optional: Enable Pre-fill / Show Prefilled so known visitors see their information populated automatically.
- You can only link directly to Classic Forms. To share new Act-On Forms, embed the form in a Landing Page and link to that page.
Try it like this: Add a Form Link block, choose a Classic Form, customise the label text, and enable pre-fill. This creates a clear call-to-action button that takes contacts directly to a pre-populated form.
This feature only applies to Classic Forms used in emails created in the Legacy Email Composer. To share current Act-On Forms in any email design, embed the form in a Landing Page and link to that page.
