Integrating Act-On to a Non-Native CRM

  • Updated

If your organization uses a CRM that does not have a native integration with Act-On, or if you have a custom-built CRM, there are several ways to connect these applications. These integrations run from basic to advanced and will require technical skills to implement.

Methods of Integration

Webhooks

Act-On's incoming and outgoing webhooks can provide streaming updates when data changes.

FTP List Sync

You can connect your FTP client to sync lists from an externally stored location.

REST API

You can use Act-On's API to push/pull lists and perform other functions within your CRM.

CRM Customization Toolkit

With a few simple HTTP requests, you can get many of the functions of our native CRM connectors in your application. See this page for details.

External Services

You can also use an integration as a service provider (iPaaS) to move data between Act-On and your other services.

Integration Use Cases

If you want to: Try one of these integration options
Bring contact data into Act-On from your external system
Push form submissions from Act-On to your external system
