What's Changing
SMS data is now included in Act-On’s analytics reporting packages. This gives SMS users a complete view of message performance across sends, clicks, replies, suppressions, failures, and billing credits used.
Dynamic Business Analytics subscribers will see the new SMS data model and SMS liveboard. You can use the chatbot to explore SMS metrics, customize the liveboard, and create custom views. If your SMS messages go to contacts stored in Audience Center, you can also drill into contact details such as location, industry, and company.
Standard analytics customers will see a new SMS Report in the left navigation when SMS is enabled. The SMS Performance liveboard includes metrics for sends, clicks, replies, failures, and suppressions. Filter by date, message, or sender, and use Explore to drill into any metric. The chatbot also supports natural-language questions about SMS data.

Customer Impact
Customers using SMS will see either a new report in the left navigation (Reports section) or a new liveboard on the Analytics home page, depending on their analytics package.
