What's Changing
Personalized From is a feature that allows personalized senders based on your CRM owner data or defined data in your contact list. For Audience Center users, we've enhanced this feature:
- In Contact Settings, choose whether to use your CRM Owner or alternate Name & Email fields from your All Contacts list. This allows you to designate a different relationship from your CRM data if you don't use the traditional Owner table.
- In Email Composer, choose to use the default personalization settings, or a message-specific personalized from option. This allows you to select alternate fields from your All Contacts list.

Customer Impact
CRM users will have the option to define their default personalization in Contact Settings, and all users will have the option to select the Message Specific personalized from fields when sending to an Audience Center related list.
