Create a New Segment

This path is best when you want to define a segment from scratch using the full All Contacts list.

  3. In the segment builder, name your segment: Engaged Web Leads.

    • Choose Profile Data as the data type.
    • Select Lead Source as the field.
    • Select the condition contains, then type Web.
  5. Click Add a row to add another condition:
    • Choose Behavior as the data type.
    • Select Email Clicks as the field.
    • Set condition to greater than or equal to 1.
    • Set timeframe to In the last 30 days.
  6. Make sure your logic is set to AND.
  7. Click Save.

Other Ways to Create Segments

Duplicate a Segment

Quickly reuse the logic of any segment by creating a copy. This is helpful when building similar campaigns, testing variations, or reusing complex filters with small changes.

  1. Hover over the segment you want to copy and click ⋯ More.
  2. Select Duplicate.
  3. Enter a new name, choose a folder, and optionally add tags.

  6. In the top-right corner of the segment, click Edit Segment.
