You can delete contacts singly, or choose multiple, or all the contacts in a segment. Deleting is permanent, however, if the contact is in your CRM system, they will get synced back to All Contacts on the next sync.
Instructions
Delete One Contact From a Segment
- Go to Audience Center > All Contacts & open the segment you want.
- Hover over the contact you want to delete & click More Options.
- Click Delete Contact.

Delete Multiple Contacts From a Segment
- Go to Audience Center > All Contacts & open the segment you want.
- Use the checkboxes on the left to select all the contacts you want to delete.
- In the blue bar at the top, on the right click Delete Contact.
Delete All Contacts From a Segment
- Go to Audience Center > All Contacts.
- Hover over the segment you want.
- On the right, click More Options.
- Click Delete all contacts.
Tip: Check user permissions to control who can delete contacts from your All Contacts database.
