Based on customer feedback, Act-On has released a major improvement to the native SMS URL Shortener.
What's Changing
The new URL shortener will create links using a 5-character domain name "act.ly" rather than your Custom Marketing Domain.

April 20, 2022.
Customer Impact
Links created using the old version of the shortener that may be in drafts or scheduled messages are not going to be impacted. The change will only apply to newly created links.
