Revenue Impact Report - Now Launched!

  • Updated

What’s Changing

Act-On has redesigned the Revenue Impact Report experience for our customers with a native CRM integration. The report utilizes customer CRM data to provide insights into new lead generation, opportunities, and campaign performance.

Users will now be able to map custom fields from their CRM to the Revenue Impact Report, providing more accurate data. The report will pull from the fields used in the CRM rather than assuming default values. Default fields will be used if custom mapping is not needed.

Key indicators for top industry, region, and market size have been added as well as total revenue numbers, top lead source, top campaign source, and others. This is all to provide customers with actionable information faster.

Act-On has enabled a new date picker that will allow customers to view the specific time spans for which they want to see activity. There are also improved visualizations to make the data easier to view and understand.

This will be available for customers using one of the following CRM integrations through our Connectors page: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SugarCRM, and Zendesk. Unfortunately, the new report doesn’t currently support Netsuite CRM-connected data. Customers using Netsuite CRM will remain on our legacy version.

When

Mid-May, 2023.

Customer Impact

We are starting with beta testing for customers with supported native CRM integrations, please reach out to customer support if you are interested in testing. All other customers with supported native CRM integrations will see the new experience in the accounts in mid-May, post-beta testing. When we launch the report, it will display the default field mappings from your CRM to Act-On. For customers that are interested in custom mapping their CRM fields to the new report, you can click on the banner or navigate to Settings > Data Management > Report Mapping.
