The Revenue Impact Report shows how your CRM data - new leads, opportunities, campaign performance - ties back to what marketing is doing. This redesign uses your actual CRM fields instead of assuming defaults, so the numbers reflect how your CRM is really set up.
What's Changing
Act-On has redesigned the Revenue Impact Report experience for customers with a native CRM integration. The report utilizes customer CRM data to provide insights into new lead generation, opportunities, and campaign performance.
Users will now be able to map custom fields from their CRM to the Revenue Impact Report, providing more accurate data. The report will pull from the fields used in the CRM rather than assuming default values. Default fields will be used if custom mapping is not needed.
Key indicators for top industry, region, and market size have been added as well as total revenue numbers, top lead source, top campaign source, and others. This is all to provide customers with actionable information faster.
Act-On has enabled a new date picker that will allow customers to view the specific time spans for which they want to see activity. There are also improved visualizations to make the data easier to view and understand.
