What’s Changing
For Act-On Contacts users, Website Prospector can operate directly from the All Contacts list, rather than requiring the configuration of a Marketing List in Other Lists > Accounts List.
Website prospector is a tool that can identify website visitors and filter them by sales owner. For Act-On Contacts users with an integrated CRM, the sales owner assignment will now automatically come from the CRM owner data. Prospects, contacts, and contacts with opportunities will also be identified via the CRM data. If desired, you can filter the prospects/contacts/opportunities shown by selecting a sub-segment in Settings > Other Settings > Contact Settings:
Non-CRM users can visit Settings > Other Settings > Contact settings to set Contact Owner fields that will be used to identify the sales owner. Also, you can select segments of the All Contacts list that identify prospects, contacts, and contacts with opportunities:

This feature was released on December 21. For All Contacts users who do not have this feature active on their account yet, we will be activating it after the holidays. OR, contact technical support for more immediate activation.
