GoToWebinar Integration Upgrade: New API and Registration Forms - Released!

What's Changing

Our built-in webinar integration with GoToWebinar now uses GoToWebinar's latest API version (v2) and Act-On's new Registration Forms.

When

This update was released on June 28, 2023.

Customer Impact

Customers already connected to GoToWebinar and using Classic Forms, and Act-On Legacy Forms for registrations:

  • Registrations created following the upgrade will launch the new Forms Editor. 
    Note: Registration forms created prior to the upgrade will not be impacted
