Email templates got a refreshed listing page: folders, subfolders, tags, better filtering, and bulk actions for organizing and finding the templates you use most.
Why this matters: Once you have more than a handful of templates, a flat list stops working. Folders, tags, and a filter for event-triggered-email templates mean you spend less time scrolling and more time finding the template you actually need.
What's Changing
Email templates were updated to Act-On's newer listing page UI/UX.
The new email templates listing page allows you to:
- Organize your email templates into folders & subfolders
- Use tags to group and find related email templates
- Identify email templates used with event-triggered emails with a new filter
- Search and sort email templates
- Use bulk actions to easily organize or manage multiple email templates
