Webex Webinars and Act-On Upgrade: Released!

  • Updated

Act-On's Webex Webinars integration now uses New Forms (also called Lab Forms) instead of the Classic Form builder, which changes how webinar registration forms are built, designed, and reused.

Why this matters: New Forms let you copy an existing form instead of building from scratch every time, and the registration form now lives embedded in a Landing Page rather than standing alone - so promotional links and design options work differently than you may be used to. Knowing what changed helps you set up your next webinar without surprises.
