Self-Service Act-On API Key Generation: Released!

Getting an Act-On API key used to mean filing a request and waiting on someone else to generate it for you. Now administrators can generate their own API credentials directly inside Act-On, as the first step toward an upgraded API manager.

Why this matters: Self-service key generation means you're not stuck waiting on a support request when you need to stand up or troubleshoot an integration.

What Changed

Administrators can now generate their own API credentials directly inside Act-On, as the first step toward an upgraded API manager.

What to Expect:
Administrator users can independently generate API credentials directly within the application, eliminating the need for manual requests. Sign in to your Act-On account as an administrator and go to Settings > Other Settings > Custom Account Settings > API Access Keys to generate API Keys.
