Automatic Sign-Out Time

Change the period of inactivity after which Act-On automatically logs users out. The default time is one hour. To change this setting, follow these steps:

  1. When signed in to Act-On as an administrator, go to Settings > Other Settings > Custom Account Settings > Security & Policies tab
  2. In Automatic Logout, on the right, click Edit.
  3. In the Timeout list, select the period of inactivity after which Act-On automatically logs users out, from 1 - 24 hours.
  4. Click Save.
