Act-On automatically signs users out after a period of inactivity. The default timeout is one hour. Administrators can adjust this policy for their entire account.

- Allowed values: 1 to 24 hours.
- Who can change it: Account administrators only.
Try it like this: Set the timeout to 8 hours to give users more flexibility while still keeping account access secure.
Change the Automatic Logout Timeout
- Sign in to Act-On as an administrator and go to Settings › Other Settings › Custom Account Settings › Security & Policies.
- In the Automatic Logout section, click Edit.
- Open the Timeout list and select the amount of inactive time (1 to 24 hours) before Act-On signs users out automatically.
- Click Save.
