Act-On Analytics: KPI Alerts, Tags & More

  • Updated

Act-On Analytics is adding a few requested capabilities: email alerts on your KPI data points, a Tag filter for Forms and Landing Pages, and new click-data visualizations on the Landing Page liveboard.

Why this matters: An alert means you find out about a KPI change the moment it happens instead of during your next scheduled check-in, and tagging by topic or division makes it much faster to filter to the content you actually care about.

What's Changing

KPI Alerts

Subscribers to the Dynamic Business Analytics or Premium AI Analytics packages now have the option to set up an e-mail alert for any KPI-style data point. Click on the Alert icon to create an alert.

The alert scheduling screen allows you to set conditions to trigger the alert or set up a regularly scheduled alert. Add subscribers (even non-Act-On users) who will receive the alert in their inbox.

Tags

Tags are used to organize Forms & Landing Pages. Tags are a convenient way to group by topic, industry, division, or time period. The Tag attribute has been added to the Form & Landing Page worksheets, so it can be used as a filter when creating custom content or when clicking on the "Explore" option for any visualization.

Landing Page Click Data

Additional visualizations have been added to the Landing Page liveboard, including click data and a visualization of what links are getting the most clicks.
