Right to Access Requests
Once you locate the relevant contact, click on the contact to bring up the Contact Report.
Click Print All from the report menu in the top left of the Contact Report and save it as a PDF file to share directly to the customer. This option is distinct from the Print option. The Print All option will find the matching email address in all lists and print a combined Contact Report containing an Info tab sections for each list to present all data stored in all lists. Note that behaviors are the same for a given email address in Act-On regardless of the list the contact is in and thus, there are not multiple Timeline tabs printed.
