The Sent Email Rollup and Best Performing Reports

The Sent Messages page includes two reports with useful data on your recent emails: Message Rollup and Best Performing

Email Rollup Report

This report is an Excel file combining the Sent Message Report data for all email messages sent to three or more recipients during the specified time period.

  1. Navigate to Outbound > Sent Messages
  2. Click Rollup
  3. Click OK on the popup that appears

Best Performing Report

This report surfaces your email messages with the best open or click rates.

  1. Navigate to Outbound > Sent Messages
  2. Click Best Performing on the left navigation column
  3. Choose either Best Open Rates or Best Click Rates
  4. If desired, enter values for the least number of recipients and last number of days
