Beta: Form Submission & Webinar Details in Segmentation 2.0

  • Updated

Act-On's Segmentation 2.0 initiative is currently in beta as part of our Audience Center feature.  It offers powerful new segmentation features, like the ability to filter by True Open to eliminate security system clicks & opens.   To learn more about the beta, check out this article and then sign up here.

What's Changing

We've added new functionality to help you segment on detailed submission data for forms and webinars.

Now, in addition to segmenting contacts who've submitted a particular form or registered for a webinar, you can add criteria based on the form submission fields.

This means you don't have to create subsegments off the Forms or Webinars submission lists - you can keep all your segments centralized on the Audience Center listing page.

The "Add detail" option is available when you select "A specific one" for the Form or Webinar factor.  The form or webinar selected should be configured to submit to Audience Center.

Once you add a detailed row, you will see the "Form" fields in a drop down.  Contact fields that are on the form are not shown, use the "Profile" segment factor to include them as criteria.

When

This feature is available as of February 5, 2026 for all Segmentation 2.0 users.

Customer Impact

This feature expands the capabilities of segmentation by providing access to more data.
