You can export your contact data to a CSV file from the All Contacts page.
Instructions
User permissions control who has the ability to export data. If your export options are not active, you may need to check with your administrator.
Export All Contacts
- Go to Audience Center > All Contacts.
- Find the segment titled All Act-On Contacts.
- On the right, hover over & click More actions.
- Click Export.
- Your CSV file appears locally in your downloads folder, or wherever your web browser saves files by default.
Export a Segment
- Go to Audience Center > All Contacts.
- Find the segment you want.
- On the right, hover over & click More actions.
- Click Export.
- Your CSV file appears locally in your downloads folder, or wherever your web browser saves files by default.
Export Individual Contacts
- Go to the Contact Listing page.
- Use the checkboxes to the left to select multiple contacts.
- From the blue bar at the top, select the Export icon.
- Your CSV file will appear locally in your Downloads folder, or wherever your web browser saves files by default.
