Send an Email from All Contacts

  • Updated

You can send an email directly from the All Contacts page to a single contact, a group of contacts, or one or more segments. This is useful when you need to reach a specific subset of your database without creating a new program or navigating through the Email Composer first.

Quick Reference (Advanced Users) - Click to Expand
  • Send to a segment: Open the segment → Send message.
  • Send to multiple segments: Check segments in the list → Send email.
  • Send to a single contact: Hover the row → envelope icon.
  • Send to multiple contacts: Select contacts → Send email.
  • This action opens the Email Composer with your recipients pre-selected.
Try it like this: Quickly send a follow-up message to attendees by opening your “Event Attendees” segment, selecting only the people who did not register for Part 2, and clicking Send message to draft a targeted reminder.
