You can easily find, view, and update contact details from All Contacts. Open any segment to view its contacts. In the Segment Details tab, you will see the total number of contacts in the segment as well as segment details, performance, and activity history.

- Open any segment to browse its contacts.
- Search on any contact field using the search bar.
- Customize visible columns for easier browsing.
- Open the Contact Report to view or edit a contact.
Search
Use the search field in any segment to find contacts using any field value. Searches include all available fields in your All Contacts schema.
Customize List Columns
You can adjust the order and visibility of the columns in your segment’s contact list.
- Open any segment in Audience Center > All Contacts.
- Click More (located to the right of the column headers).
- Select Change column order.
- Use the customization panel to update your table view:
- Lock columns: Hover over a column title and select Lock to keep the column pinned to the left.
- Hide columns: Hover over a column title and select Hide to remove it from the list view.
- Reorder columns: Drag the vertical grip to reorder columns. Unlocked columns cannot be placed above locked columns.
- Select Apply changes to all sub-segments if you want the same configuration applied to any child segments.
- Click Save.
Contact Report
To view details for a specific contact, hover over the contact’s row and select the Contact Report icon. The report provides activity history, engagement details, segmentation, and more. Learn more in the Contact Report article.
Edit a Contact
You can update a contact’s field values directly from the Contact Report.
- Hover over the contact’s row in any segment.
- Select the Contact Report icon.
- Open the Info tab.
- Click Edit to update field values.
