What's Changing
A new feature allows users to customize the subject line for form alerts (these are the alerts that notify your internal users of a form submission). For each form, you can enter a custom subject line. This allows you to call attention to particular forms and insert personalization values in the subject line.
Insert personalization values with any form field data using double brackets as illustrated above.

Customer Impact
All customers will have the option to customize their form alert subject line, but the default subject will remain in place if no action is taken.
