What's Changing

For All Users

Have a conversation with your data! Ask any business question in the search bar - and start a conversation! Our AI data search chatbot will create a chart or table based on your question. Keep chatting to evolve the result, dive deeper, or explore more data points.

This feature will be available for all users. You'll find it at the top of your Email Performance or Forms, Landing Pages, and Media liveboards, or Dynamics Business Analytics subscribers will see it at the top of the Analytics page. 

To use the AI chatbot, just ask a question about your data. First, make sure that the drop-down on the left of the question bar reflects the dataset you are interested in. Once the AI agent returns with an answer, you can follow up to add more data points, change the chart type, or ask a different question. Be sure to give a thumbs up or down if we get it right or wrong, so the agent can continue to learn how to respond. 

For Dynamic Business Analytics & Premium AI Analytics users

New Analytics page layout: The Analytics page has evolved. Customize KPIs to keep on your watchlist, "star" liveboards or answers to add to your favorites, or scroll down to your library of analytics content.

For Premium AI Analytics Users Only

AI Highlights on Liveboards: A new AI Highlights option provides you with quick insights on how top time series KPI metrics changed in your Liveboard, helping you to focus on the changes that are most important to you and get insights faster.

Once you click AI Highlights, you'll see a progress bar at the bottom of the screen. Click View Results.

The analysis will show several data points of interest. Click on any to see what factors led to the change.

Tip: The analysis works only on KPI widgets that are set up as a time series, like the Delivered Rate, Open Rate, Click Rate, and Click to Open Rate on the Email Performance liveboard. Use one of those as a model when creating a custom liveboard to run AI Highlights on.

These new features were activated for Dynamics Business Analytics and Premium AI Analytics users on May 15, 2025, and will be rolled out to Standard analytics users over the next several weeks.
