Act-On's new CRM Sync Dashboard gives you a single place to monitor your CRM sync results and fix errors quickly. Two new dashboards in Data Management summarize what's coming in from your CRM and what Act-On is sending out, so you can spot issues, resolve them in bulk, and keep your sales and marketing data flowing.

What's Changing
Two new dashboards are available in Data Management that summarize your CRM sync results.
The CRM to Act-On (Pull) dashboard covers the regular scheduled sync from your CRM into Act-On. You'll see a history of successful and failed syncs, totals for record updates, and error messages for any problems. From the same view you can correct the error and retry the sync.
The Act-On to CRM (Push) dashboard covers the ongoing updates Act-On sends to your CRM. That includes contact changes, form submissions, score updates, and the Create in CRM step from an Automated Program. Errors are summarized by source type (form, score, program, or contact update) and by Error ID, so you can spot the root cause quickly.
Errors are batched so you can resolve them in groups. If a set of records failed because of a CRM outage or API limit, you can retry them all once the issue is cleared up. If records failed because of an invalid field value, they are grouped by field and value so you can correct the value and retry every affected record at once.
Optional email notifications are available to keep you informed whenever errors occur.
