Does this include the Personalized From Addresses?

Hi Jesper! Personalized From Addresses do not need to be added under Settings > Other Settings > From: Addresses. I've updated the article to reflect this.

There is no Add From: Address button anywhere -- just a list of From: Addresses we already have. Where is it? I've tried this in both Explorer and Chrome. Thanks.

Hi Marie Paro! You must be an admin user to have access to the Add From: Address button. I've updated this in the article, apologies that it wasn't clear earlier.

Hi, this may be a silly question but if I send from an address and that same address is in the data set for the email to be sent to, will it still send or will it automatically exclude that email address?

Hi Mathilda Hjorth! Thanks for asking. The system will still send to that email address if it's present in the list.

    Hi,

I have several From Addresses set up, and we are all on the same company domain. But on the new From Address that I added yesterday, when I do a test email, it will not say it is coming from that person. It actually says it is coming from a different domain altogether delivery@ourcompany.events.com

    What went wrong?

Hi Jennifer Duffy! I see you're working with Bryce on our team about this one, so you're in good hands. I'm sure we will get this figured out for you shortly.
