Adding Email Addresses to Send From
Note: You can also use Personalized From Addresses to send dynamically from a contact's sales owner. You do not need to add these personalized addresses in the Settings area.
To set a new From Address:
- Click Settings, then Other Settings
- Click From Addresses
- Click Add From: Address
- Enter the information in the requested fields
- Click Add
- To set this address as the default for your account, click the button in the Default column
Important: If this address uses a new domain that has not yet been used in Act-On, additional setup is required.
Act-On will send a verification email to that inbox, so please click the verification link to confirm. Once the email is confirmed, you can start using it as a from or reply to address.
