Social Media Features in Act-On

Act-On integrates with X (Twitter) and LinkedIn. You can tweet or post links to various marketing materials from your Act-On account through these integrations.

Below is a summary of how to leverage each social media channel:

X (Twitter)

  • Social Publish – Create outbound tweets on X that promote your organization's brand and your Act-On forms, landing pages, media files, and any URL
  • Email and Landing Pages (Social Share block) – Insert links within your Act-On email messages that allow your email recipients to market on your behalf. The Social Share block allows your email recipients to share your email content through their personal LinkedIn, Facebook, and X accounts.

LinkedIn

  • Social Publish – Create outbound posts on LinkedIn (personal accounts, public groups, and Company Pages) that promote your organization's brand and your Act-On forms, landing pages, media files, and any URL. Include custom images and comments.
  • Email and Landing Pages (Social Share block) – Insert links within your Act-On emails that allow your email recipients to market on your behalf. The Social Share block allows your email recipients to share your email content through their personal LinkedIn, Facebook, and X accounts.

Facebook

Act-On currently does not have a direct integration with Facebook. More Info here.
