Creating a Webinar Registration Form Response Page

  • Updated

Act-On integrates with Cisco Webex Events, Webex Webinars, Citrix GoToWebinar, and Zoom to help you manage your webinar marketing materials. When you schedule a webinar in Act-On, an Act-On Classic Form is created automatically to capture registration information. You can edit that Form to add fields or turn on settings like a response page - the message or page attendees see right after they sign up.

Disclaimer: This Classic Webinar Guide applies to Webex Webinars. For help with Zoom and Citrix GoToWebinar webinars, see our series of related Zoom and Citrix articles.

Why this matters: The response page is the last thing a registrant sees before they leave your Form. Configuring it lets you confirm the signup, redirect them somewhere useful, or point them to another Form - instead of leaving them on a blank confirmation.

Edit a Classic Form's response page

  1. When signed into Act-On, go to Automation > Webinars.
  2. Click the webinar title to open it.
  3. Under 1 Registration, hover over the Signup Form and click Edit.
  4. Once in the Form, click on step 2. Settings.
  5. In the Response Page section, choose from the following:
    • Show This Message – Add any text you wish to use
    • Redirect to URL – Insert any public URL (e.g., your homepage)
    • Show This Landing Page – Identify any landing page in your Act-On account
    • Show Another Form - Identify any Form in your Act-On account
  6. Click Next.
  7. Click Save.
